MAME MADIOR BOYE

Née en 1940 Sénégal

Trained as a lawyer, Mame Madior Boye has been successively deputy public prosecutor, first vice-president of the first class regional court of Dakar and president of chamber at the Court of Appeal. She was Minister of Justice in April 2000 and in March 2001 she became the first Senegalese woman to serve as Prime Minister.
